	Baba Ghannouge - Roasted eggplant dip. Made from fire-roasted eggplant and Tahina (ground toasted sesame). Serve it with chips or pita wedges as an appetizer or side dish. A great side dish to barbequed meats.
	Falafel Mix - a popular Middle Eastern vegetarian patty served in pita bread with tahini dressing, shredded lettuce, and tomato cubes.
	Halawa Spread -- Spreadable Halawa made with toasted sesame and sugar. This new product is spreadable and used just like other chocolate spreads on toast. A quick snack. Kids love it. Soon, we will be adding more flavors.

Recommended Uses

	Baba Ghannouge - Add lemon juice and garlic and decorate in a bowl with olive oil.
